High on thrill and action, Vishwaroopam 2 is a continuation of the 2013 action-spy-thriller film Vishwaroopam. Kamal Haasan reprises his role as RAW agent Major Wisam Ahmad Kashmiri while Rahul Bose returns as the antagonist Omar Qureshi. The plot revolves around RAW’s new mission to prevent a terrorist attack from destroying New York City. Interestingly, while some part of the film is set before the events of Vishwaroopam, other parts are set after its climax.
