Synopsis

The 2017 adaptation of the 1969 thriller by the same name, Ittefaq is the story of a double murder case. Dev (Akshaye Khanna), a police officer is investigating this unusual case of a fateful night that has only two witnesses: Vikram (Sidharth Malhotra) and Maya (Sonakshi Sinha) who are also the prime suspects. Both of them have different narratives and both the versions seem true but there can only be one truth. Will Karan Johar and team be able to recreate the magic of the original cult thriller?
