Synopsis

There's no better assassin than one irked with revenge on his mind. Mitch Rapp (O' Brien) is CIA super agent loathed by terrorists and lauded by politicians on Capital Hill. However, he faces a gruesome misfortune and requests a leave of absence from the services. Shortly afterward, the United States is invaded by a mysterious warlord known as The Executioner. Rapp is reactivated, and given a new task: to take out all of The Executioner's eight generals, then face off with her directly in a showdown at the Tower of Neo-Babel. Will Rapp be able to seek vengeance and complete his mission too?
