Validate your email address

Safeguarding your account at Paytm has always been our priority. So this time we’d like YOU to help us, help you. Most of our communication is largely done via emails and we strongly recommend that you let us know your correct email address.

Once you’re on Paytm.com you’ll see a strip at the top of the page asking if the email address we have is correct. All you have to do is click on Yeah! or click on No, change it!.

We believe spamming is not cool, so we’ll never send you emails that will not be of any use to you. Any transaction related activity that you carry out on Paytm is conveyed to you via your email. Promo codes for special deals and discounts will also be sent to this email address.
