    Its good to here that you guys have started with postpaid service. But ,the TATA DOCOMO(Mumbai Number) SPECIAL RECHARGE DOES NOT WORK AT ALL . Plz try to fix it. My experience with SPECIAL RECHARGE HAS BEEN NEGATIVE. Wht hpnd is, i made a special recharge of Rs.32/- (which gives me all local calls at (1p/2sec) but instead of giving me the benefit it gave me a balance of (Rs.27/- ) which dint want at all. I even got the refund for the recharge but i wanted the benefit of the SPL RECHARGE.
    Plz try to work on the special recharge options

    I had recharged of 249Rs for Reliance CDMA through your special recharge. I am not getting the befits which you people had show & no action upon the complaints or no feedback regarding……Pls give the feed back……(ticket #100208718)…..

    First of all I want to congratulate you to be the first one to bring postpaid on board. Paying for postpaid bills online with getting some extra benefit sounds like a good idea. But looking at some cons of it, We have to pay Rs 10 extra for paying. So like some one pay a bill of Rs 1000 and paying Rs 10 is not a big deal if someone is getting a good deal with it. So we get good deals and coupons with it. Right? This makes it worth paying bills at payTM. Problem is we don’t get good coupons all the time. By good coupons I mean coupons which are not easily available else where(for free or with recharging).
    Above all and everthing, I use PayTm because I feel great using it as it is easy to use, neat n clean interface , fast and reliable. :-)

    Suggestions:
    1.Get some good coupons available all the time .
    2.Make a option to select one coupon 2 times ( set a maximum limit of 4 as in case of other competitors which I will not name here)

  7. paytm is the best online recharge website i have used now.. i used so many but it is the best. when i rechared my mob from this webst first time i m little bit untrusted. but now its my favorteafter the first recharge. the best thing is srvice speed n relibility n accurcy at which it works. i recharged so many times but never get any rechaged failure. so at last i will give 9/10 to paytm..
    i deduce 1 becz i never got any reward from ur side after so many recharged..

  12. I am delighted to know that postpaid bills are now available thru paytm.. But being a vodafone postpaid customer i was left to wait a little more time to enjoy this benefit.. So i sincerely request The PayTm team to make the services available to vodafone customers too.. I hope I will receive good news soon..

    make it free, you will get more customer. at least i will pay my 6 bills by your web.
